Want to learn how to prepare for the early days of feeding a newborn?

LET’S GET MILKY!

I'm here to help! Join me for a private in-person prenatal lactation class, where we will review the physiology of making milk, how to identify an effective latch, how your support person can assist with feeding positions, and how to skillfully navigate your first few days feeding a newborn. We will also review how to hand express colostrum, pumping, paced bottle feeding and how to troubleshoot common challenges. Learning about how the body creates milk, how to develop a strong foundation for your milk supply, and how you and baby work together during breastfeeding can help take some of the mystery out of this new path. Let’s work together to make your lactation journey a positive experience for you and your baby.
