Ready to plan your birth experience? LET’S GET BIRTHY!

Let's start by exploring the four support options I offer and finding the perfect level of support to meet your unique needs.  From “The Big Day” package which includes labor support only to the “Let’s Get Birthy and Milky” package which includes up to five personalized prenatal sessions, lactation education, and early postpartum lactation support.  I love spending time with clients to explore their birth values, develop a detailed birth plan utilizing evidence-based resources, and taking a proactive approach towards preparing their body for labor. We'll practice comfort measures, review evidence-based resources, and learn how to protect physiology no matter where you plan to deliver. Additionally, we will spend time developing a postpartum plan focused on recovery and support and preparing for the first few days feeding a newborn.

As a birth team, we'll explore your unique coping mechanisms and develop a plan to protect your birth environment, promote self-advocacy, and utilize various relaxation techniques and movements to create space for your baby. I provide a labor toolkit with evidence-based reference cards and a visual guide to further support you and any members of your support system, enabling them to skillfully assist and advocate for you during labor.

From 38 weeks until delivery, I offer 24/7 on-call support to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. Prior to this period, I'm available by phone, Zoom, email, or in person to provide resources or discuss any issues that may arise during pregnancy.

During early labor, I provide virtual support, with physical support during active labor, whether at your home or chosen birthing location, and continuing until an hour or two after your baby's arrival. I can also assist with the first latch after birth if desired.

I can capture precious moments before, during, and after birth with photos and videos when I’m not actively providing labor support. This service is available for all labor support packages.
