Ready to plan your birth experience? LET’S GET BIRTHY!

Let's start by chatting about your birth values and finding the perfect level of support to meet your unique needs.  From the “Let’s Get Birthy” package which includes prenatal preparation, labor support, and access to the BRM® Body Ready Prenatal program to the “Let’s Get Birthy AND Milky” package which has additional breastfeeding support both before and after baby’s arrival and access to the BRM® Body Ready Postpartum program which provides gentle postpartum movements tailored to where you are in your postpartum journey.  Both packages include up to six personalized prenatal sessions (In-person and Virtual) and backup doula support.  I love spending time with clients to explore their birth values, develop a detailed birth plan utilizing evidence-based resources, and taking a proactive approach towards preparing their bodies for labor. During our time together, we will practice ligament release exercises, balancing movements, and comfort measures, working together as a team to learn how to protect physiology no matter where or how you plan to deliver.

As a birth team, we can explore your unique coping mechanisms, discuss how to protect your birth environment, practice advocating for the birth you want, and utilize grounding relaxation techniques and movements to create space for your baby as they navigate their way through the pelvis. I provide a labor toolkit for you to use during labor which contains evidence-based pocket guides, a TENS unit, and a visual guide to further support you and any members of your support system to skillfully assist and advocate for you during labor.

I offer 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks to delivery, to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. Prior to this period, I am available by phone, Zoom, email, or in person to provide resources or discuss any issues that may arise during pregnancy.

During early labor, I provide virtual support, with physical support typically beginning during active labor, whether at your home or chosen birthing location, and continuing until an hour or two after your baby's arrival. I can also assist with the first latch after birth if desired.

I can capture precious moments before, during, and after birth with photos and videos when I’m not actively providing labor support. This service is available for all labor support packages.
